THCA vs Delta-8 vs Delta-9

These three come up constantly, so here's the short version.

Delta-9 THC

The classic, most potent form of THC — the primary intoxicating compound in cannabis. It's what THCA turns into when you heat it.

THCA

The raw acidic precursor to Delta-9. Non-intoxicating until heated, at which point it converts to Delta-9 THC. High-THCA flower delivers a full, traditional experience once smoked or vaped.

Delta-8 THC
